Nine & Pine is a high-end apartment complex in the immediate downtown area of Seattle. We were asked to develop the Nine & Pine brand, including name and logo, along with a responsive, customized website and print materials. The site, which was built using a WordPress CMS, features floor plans, resident services, photos and information about the downtown neighborhood. Loosely inspired by the 9th and Pine street sign, we gave the logo a modern look, with a sophisticated custom font and symmetrical design.
